Poudre River Education, Restoration & Celebration!
Raise a glass with us at New Belgium Brewing Company on Friday, July 26 for a special mini-celebration of the Poudre River! We’ll have music by the Greyhounds, New Belgium beer and food trucks, several river related activities for families, opportunities to learn more about the Poudre RiverFest and its organizing non-profits, and a chance to win some great prizes from local businesses! Visit our Facebook page for the latest updates and information about the event.
Education: We will have an educational workshop for families starting around 4:30pm. Come for the workshop and stay for the evening! The Poudre RiverFest organizing committee will be there including Wildlands Restoration Volunteers, Bird Conservancy of the Rockies, Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed – CPRW, Cache la Poudre River National Heritage Area, and National Association for Interpretation. You can learn more about these important non-profits and what they’re doing to support the Poudre River!
Celebration: Come enjoy New Belgium beer, listen to live music from The Greyhounds, and have dinner at one of Fort Collins’ local food trucks. Attendees will also have an opportunity to win some great prizes from local businesses!
Restoration: Several of the Poudre RiverFest organizing non-profits hold volunteer restoration opportunities throughout the year. You can learn more about these projects and sign up to volunteer!
Please note that we won’t have capacity for exhibitor booths at the mini-celebration. However, we are seeking free giveaways, coupons and door prize items for guests. If you would like to make a contribution, please contact us.
